- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

4. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7/14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
